Writing in the Dark
Expressing grief and loss

In this workshop we have a look at the many ways to express our feelings through the healing process of writing, whether your ultimate goal is to write and publish a memoir of your story, to keep a private journal or to pen poetry.

Many people find comfort in writing about difficult times.

A death, a divorce, a traumatic event, loss of a pet, end of a friendship, loss of a dream, infertility, a break up, end of a career/job, or financial loss.

Your grief is yours and how you choose to express it is your choice as well.

You will be expertly guided through writing exercises and discussion that will help you to start making sense of your feelings.
